Dr. Masson helped my husband and I conceive and was the friendliest, most informative doctor I've come across. He walked us through every step and helped us feel comfortable through the process. I am so grateful for him helping us expand our family and would recommend him to anyone!

I am speechless that an individual with Zero compassion is even employed in healthcare. My experience left me dumbfounded by his blind ignorance to my comments when all I wanted to do was cancel the appointment he wouldn't stop talking until he finished his speech. If you prefer being spoken to as if you are in the 5th grade health class and have not yet figured out where babies come from he can help you get up to speed.

Only listens to himself in that he deliberately ignores the patient, and is highly indecisive and contradictory about treatment methodology. A doctor should have the openness, humilty, and respect to communicate to their patients directly-this doctor showed me otherwise. I don't trust their brain anymore.

Doctor never listened to my feedback - I’m not a physician and ultimately my hypothesis was proven right, but I found this out after surgery and months of agony in him telling me that I did not naturally produce sperm. Was told after surgery my issue was not correctable, which was also proven incorrect by a more competent physician.

Wrongful diagnosis which led to him saying that the only option for me to improve my condition would be doing a surgery, thankfully I'm a physician myself and I knew he was dead wrong about the diagnosis! I sought a 2nd opinion and no surgery was needed at all after doing all appropriate diagnostic steps and following evidence based medicine. My experience with Dr Masson couldn't have been better. He was patient and asked the right questions needed to find and address my issues. Bottom line is I conceived a beautiful baby girl at 69 years young.

Vasectomy patient, March 2016. Initial consult in late-January and Dr. Masson was still able to secure me an operation date for Friday morning of March Madness. Smooth operation - was able to drive home after it, and stayed on the couch and watched basketball (while the kids replenished my frozen pea supply) straight through Sunday night. One of the best weekends of my life. Thanks, Dr. Masson!

Pretty disappointed with the new patient visit. My libido dropped suddenly and erection problems got worse, viagra stopped working (age 34). He was not interested in helping me, kept repeating that my total testosterone (350) is not low enough for TRT, although I told him many times I don't want TRT. He just passed me to an endocrinologist and a sex therapy clinic. Seemed to be clueless about hormones.
