Went to my sister's birthday party here and EVERYONE of all ages attending had a BLAST! The staff was friendly, paid attention to the safety of kids in their area, and they made it really easy to get to each room for the party in a timely manner. The staff did all the setting up and clean up for us. They made sure we got all my sister's gifts at the end of the party and any leftover food. I'd recommend this place to anyone with kids.
Today we celebrated my daughters 7th birthday! It was absolutely amazing! The process was so easy, and all of the kids had an amazing time. Couldn’t have asked for a or easy, and fun way to celebrate my daughters big day! Thank you so much! �
You can only go when it's open jump the times they do have the kids are BARLEY getting home from school. It's not everyday! So I rather go just to jumpstreet :)
Beware! If you pay for party pictures your pictures will NOT turn out like the photos on this page. My daughter's birthday party pictures are all blurry! You can't even make out the kids' face when they are sitting still. My iPhone takes better pictures then them. Don't count on them to capture your kids' memories! The party hosts will also be playing on the equipment and sitting around chatting during the play time. At one point - no one was even in the room with us. I had my daughter's birthday party yesterday, it was supposed to be 2 hours, I paid for 2 h. It's a ripoff. After 11/2 we where done. Awful costumer service at the front desk. My daughters got hurt there, she got like a burn in her arms when she was sliding down, because of that plastic material. I have a pictures of it ,was not just my daughters, another kids too got hurt, I am going to sue them.

Hi Marcia, I am the owner of the Pump It Up in Great Neck. I wanted to address some of your points here. All of our birthday parties are 2 full hours - they are all 35 minutes in each of our arenas followed by 50 minutes in our party rooms for food and cake. The 2 hour time allotment is confirmed at time of booking, as well as in a confirmation email you are sent prior to your party date. Took Sara for "open Jump" time today at 12:30pm ... It would have been a great Time, IF the Staff had explained that 1 side will be closed for 1 Hour of our Time, for a Birthday Party, and that they would move us back to the other room after. Also, when we arrived, they allowed the Group before us, which was due to leave At 12;10pm, stay until 12:24PM, but at Exactly 2:31pm, we were made to leave by the Staff!!
Went to "open jump" and was only allowed to be in one jump room at a time. One room for the vast majority. Absolutely nothing going in in the other bounce room. No attendant available in the room, at anytime. Don't think we will be coming back. Used to be a respectable place.
