RecommendedI’ve been to multiple birthday parties here. It seems to be a popular place and I understand why. It’s safe, fun and the staff is great with all the kids.
My son & I attended my nieces birthday party this past weekend in Peoria AZ. I must say I'm pretty surprised how awful the service and food was. First off the entire staff is a bunch of teenagers who aren't attentive & definitely should not be running your business. No water was provided at all for the children in the playrooms.. when we moved from one room to the other we had to move tables and chairs for the adults to have a place to sit.. and no one offered to help us.. no time frame was explained to my sister as to when ... read more

Best party place in the West Valley. Love the great customer service and private parties! Thanks for an amazing time. The balloon drop, glow and bubbles were awesome. Can’t wait to come back!
It was a decent place but from the waiting room to every room we went into it was disgusting. Looks like the floors haven't been cleaned or vacuumed in a month. God knows how often everything is sanitized. :| employees were just hanging out talking. I almost considered a birthday party here but with how gross I felt there I doubt it. Packages should really include water bottles.
Partys are private, the kids can just run and play with out worrying about strangers in a secure area.
