RecommendedI was here in August for my daughter’s 5th birthday, besides the crazy mix up about the order of the food the day of the party, the party i would say was a 4 star. After playing i realized they took away the area for the little babies to play and my initial booking, i even asked about it. We came by for open jump Friday afternoon (6/1/18) and had so much fun. My twin boys and my nephew had a blast running from one inflatable to the next. It was a perfect spot for us to play while visiting family in Phoenix.
Came here last weekend for my niece and nephews birthday and everyone had an amazing experience! The second we walked in, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They fulfilled all of my brothers requests and everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for having a fun and memorable birthday party for kids. If I can give more stars, I would!
We had a birthday party for our 10 year old last weekend and had a great Pump It Up experience. The staff were very helpful from begining to end. It was the first party that I got to sit back and socialize and have fun, instead of running around organizing everything. The two young party attendants, Alexis & Austin, were great! I was impressed they even wrote down all the gifts and who they were from. Fun was had by all! The only reason for the 4 stars was the ridiculous price we had to pay for all that fun and service.
I had my child's birthday party here yesterday. It started off at the wrong foot. First we get in the arena 15 minutes late because the party ahead of us were still there. My party should start at 2:50pm. And they didn't even told us they were running behind. I have to ask them why it's keeping too long to be called.
