RecommendedGood place to have for midsize parties.
After attending two different birthday parties the only thing consistent is the lack luster service. This last party on Saturday the staff dropped the birthday cake, neglected to post pictures in the party room, were hardly in the bounce rooms, didn’t clean the party room as the tables were still covered in frosting from the previous party, forgot the ice cream cups, and just overall apathetic. For $500 plus for a party you would expect the business to be better run. I’ll never spend any of my money here.
Great place to have a child’s birthday. It’s great for kids especially 13 & younger . It can get a little pricey but the kids will love it here .
😦 I was amazed at how much fun my 5yo and friends had. Never did I think it was possible to have such a great party with such little stress. Thanks for everything! Worth every penny!!
Place is excellent but customer service could be better.
Usually this place is 5 stars. Today was down to 4. The two kids they gave us as party assistance just stood around looking grumpy the whole time. Then we only had one attendant in the party room, when it was usually 2. So we were assisting him the whole time. What did I pay for then? But I will still come back.
great place to hold a birthday party. I love the fact it was a private party just for us for 2 hours.
