Amazing atmosphere and food. Wonderful service!
Won't go back. The bartender made us pay for our drinks before we got them and then didn't return for 15 minutes with them. He did say, "Sorry...I fucked up." But I won't go back.
I was on vacation and that was one place on my list , to visit Pump and Sur restaurants. We had Constantine as our waiter and he was excellent . The food was also good and the martini's were fabulous !! The best thing was I got to meet Lisa , Ken and 2 of their beautiful dogs!
It was just ok. The menu want not so great service was very slow, Lisa was there but we were so disappointed that we couldn't meet her but we did take picture with sweet Ken thank you Ken. I would not go back Drink was good
Love love LOVED my second experience at a pump! Came here for my friends birthday and we had great service from Charlie (he even customized my drink). I highly recommend Pump if you are looking for a fun night out at a trendy restaurant with beautiful decor, great drinks, and food! Every time I return to LA I will make sure to visit pump! Also, both times I've been to Pump Lisa and Ken have been there having dinner, it's so nice to see the owners presence and involvement in their restaurant.

Very pleasant experience! Took my niece on a recent Sunday evening.....place was hopping, nice music going....the food was fresh and healthy. Awesome spicy jalapeño margarita! Definitely will return!
Had some dinner and drinks with my family and the server Charlie was soooo cute and AMAZING!!!! Recommend highly!! The atmosphere was romantic and hip. Love Live. Will definitely be back. THANK YOU LISA�
