Great cocktails, good food and amazing ambience! The staff were friendly. Great experience overall.
Awesome atmosphere...excellent food...the best drinks 🍹
The decor was beautiful and the food and drinks were excellent. However, the service was not very good at all. Our waiter seemed like he couldn't leave our table fast enough and our water glasses were never refilled. Seemed socially awkward and did not describe the desserts accurately. The hostess was unprofessional. Had a difficult time splitting up our checks. Huge fan of Lisa and the show and was excited to eat here but had a much better experience at SUR.
Honestly, we had the best service ever. Of course I always enjoy myself with friend at Pump. Thank you so a wonderful, wonderful afternoon . :)

My husband and I live in Palm Springs, every chance that we get to come to West Hollywood we always go to Pump. We love the atmosphere and the fabulous cocktails. Thank you Lisa and staff.
Having started my journey in London with Lisa and Ken... I was excited with Casablanca, and Sur. Pump is adequate, but not the Aforementioned. Literally, yesterday I ate at Sur, and had drinks at pump. Sur, as always was superior.
I was pleasantly surprised at the nice setting, quality food, service and all around package. I enjoyed everything!
