The staff is so rude! They treated us like crap! Lisa Vanderpump needs to get her shit together. It’s starts from the top and she it to blame for all her rude staff at SUR and Pump.
Food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is perfection ! The staff always takes special care of Harley !

It was very nicely decorated, staff was ok. However I found the bar mirrors very dirty and the bathrooms also very dirty. I was quite disappointed �
The ambiance is nice. But my recent visit was a little too busy for the bartender being alone. Not necessarily his fault, but it was too busy for him to check back and my meal was terribly over cooked filet. Looked like it was pressed flat and a tri cut. The veggies were very fresh, but they were not cooked as the menu says. I have never sent back a steak and grilled vegetable dinner. I knew when it was 40 minutes til it arrived it was overcooked.
