I enjoy going to Pulse Fitness 5 days a week. The instructors are amazing. I have made such wonderful friends in my classes. We even have a Coffee Group that meets after our Tuesday morning class. Gosh, almost forgot to mention the front desk staff are very friendly & greet me with a smile. Win, win situation because you keep fit but have so much fun doing it. Five
