Person on the desk Tues, Thurs mornings at about 7:30 acts as if he's doing the members a favor by just being there. I tried renewing my membership twice but he refused both times. Obviously, they don't need my money, so I'll be going elsewhere. He is now going to be a personal trainer. What an attitude.
