Had an appointment and they had to know the insurance I have, surly that is the first thing that is checked. The check in person was very nice and it definitely was not her fault. Someone in the organization needs to be accountable for checking this out before a long time patient drives there and then is told they would be responsible for payment. I was checked in by Stephanie, the medical assistant was Cristal, and I saw Debra Smith. I had a great visit, as usual. The staff are friendly and professional. Debra is an excellent provider.
Showed up for an315 appointment at 315 and they said I needed to reschedule as I was supposed to be 15 minutes early and my Doctor left!! Won’t be coming back here.
Rating is not for Dr. Shaffer, but for the practice. Hospitalized in mid April and tried to schedule a hospital follow up appointment as suggested. None available until mid July!! By that time, I would either be well or dead! Staff unconcerned.
My lovely M. Yoder is a wonderful caregiver. I couldn't recommend anyone more to go to for Pulmonary care.
