Dr. Mkono is an extremely kind, caring, and dedicated Doctor. She took excellent care of my mother. I wish all doctors were like her. Karen was also great.
Dr. Mkono was able to see me on short notice even as a new patient. I've seen over 12 different Pulmonary doctors and she was my favorite. She went into detail about everything regarding my care plan and how to avoid asthma burnout (which no other doctor ever discussed before). She explained how to properly take my medications and why she wanted me to switch to a different medication. She was willing to answer questions and guide me through the process of how to regulate my asthma.
