Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
