Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

I went in for a sore tooth 3 days ago, it was diagnosed as an abscessed tooth, after 3 days (now Friday) of amoxicillin treatment for infection it became worst. I called at 8:00 and asked to speak with DR. Ralphs assistant, I was told they where busy and she would call me right back. Then I was asked the problem and was told they would call me back with an appointment today to have the tooth extracted. No one returned my call, At 12:00pm I called back and the office was closed! Yes, I could tell they practiced good oral hygiene Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment
