Can't even get anyone on the phone except someone who works in a call center and they told me they couldn't help me find what I'm looking for. Guess they won't get my business.
Pull a part started out pretty good. They had a clean and safe area with cheap prices and decent payment for junk cars. Now they've completely flipped. They give nothing for the cars and will deduct for missing items like $25 without a battery or $20 for each missing wheel etc... I wonder at what point that you have to pay them to take the vehicle. I understand it to a point but they act like they aren't making any $ on the scrap. They part out the car and whatever is left they scrap. Plus they charge you a core if you don't... read more
The only complaint I have with them is I went to buy a rim for my car and the rim was $10.00, but they wanted $25.00 for the worn out dry rotted tire that was on it, they said they couldn't take it off and I'd have to buy the tire too, so I left it there, other then that, I love the place. Good clean parts place, easy to find the cars you're looking for.
