Terrible customer service along with extremely high prices ! Cars are not where they are listed as and most of them have been robbed of most of what I drove an hour to buy .... wish I could rate my experience in the negative category . Won't be coming back and I'll be sure to inform my friends to do the same .... I could go on for days with complaints but you get the idea . I go to pull a part in Knoxville and Nashville I also go to LKQ pick a part in Chattanooga and Huntsville Alabama. The customer service at the Knoxville pull a part is second to none. The yard is kept clean and organized and that makes finding the parts I need easier. I own a used car lot and visit the Knoxville location once and many times twice a week. Keep up the good work.
