Unhappy customer I went to friendly Chevrolet to get an oil change and to check why my ¿¿engine light was on. So they told me that the owners came up with this BRIGHT idea. U have to set up an appt which I had to wait 2 more woks. So in the mean time my oil level was under 25 percent. So 4 days later the service guy Jeremy called me. The reason my check eng. light was on rock arms so they fixed that supposdely. He told that my fuel injectors need replacing and air filter needed changing. They left this 2 things not done

Phenomenal employee Marcus Hernandez sure knows how to "roll out the red carpet" for his customers! I can always get my car in right away when it's convenient for me, have a loaner waiting for me to drive and am informed of any issues while my car is being promptly serviced. Marcus is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is a perfect example of how service to customers should be.
INFO ON SERVICE I took my fairly new under warranty 2015 Chevrolet to Friendly Chevrolet and ended up not having such a Friendly experience with the service department. After setting up an appointment to leave my vehicle for service a loaner car was going to be provided. Although our vehicles don't have a kill switch for this, unfortunately not allowing our loaners our of state is still our policy for legal reasons. We are sorry that you weren't informed sooner and that you were told that the vehicle would shut off. Our clerk was given poor information from a now former employee. Perfect truck in record time We came in with a truck needing repair.about 11:30 My wife decided it need replacement instead. Within 30 min. the perfect truck was found trough there company search system and they had a ride arranged to get us to the dealer were it was. They called ahead and had the truck ready. We caried the paperwork with us and the deal was finalized and we had our new truck by 4:00. 4 1/2 hour including thehour drive. Excelant service from two power dealers. Thank you.
