Unbelievable!!! Total disregard of my time! I make an 8a appointment for a simple oil change and I leave the dealership at 10:15a. I even got there early. Granted I opted to get the recommended engine filter, but NO WAY would I have agreed to that had I known I would be sitting there that long. I could’ve easily have gotten this done cheaper and quicker somewhere else!
My rear differential was going and it was hard to diagnose as it was hard to hear. But Dave at Pugmire Lincoln found the problem. Bernard, my Service Advisor, has always treated me so kindly and in this instance, but this time went above and beyond--he negotiated a significant discount on my behalf for the repair. Monday was a gloomy day with all the rain on top of having an issue with my truck....but Bernard in service made my day a little sunny with helping me with my vehicle even though I didn't have an appointment he made it a very calming experience.
Dealing with these professionals made an unpleasant experience much more bearable! They had someone pick up my car- had it diagnosed and repaired in a very short time! They worked with my 3rd party warranty company beautifully and I can not be more pleased with Pugmire. Customer service is truly important to them and it shows!
