had some issues with alignment due to rear end not being straight. they were quick in trying to correct the issue and explained everything accurately.
I went in for a simple safety inspection. Got told my serpentine belt and windshield wipers needed to be replaced to pass inspection. Had to pay $133 for an inspection that should have cost $28. Didn't find out until later that serpentine belts are not even required for a safety inspection. Not to mention the windshield wipers they put on to the replace the old ones work worse than the ones I already had. Every time I go to Pugh's, whether it's for new tires, rotations, or fixing a tire that had a BOLT in it, they provide friendly, timely service. They truly look out for their customers. I highly recommend them!

Pugh's Tire and Service Center is a great place to work on your car. I had a heater coil problem and Pugh's fixed my car up and saved me money (the dealer would have charged hundreds more).
