The staff is unprofessional and rude. I am not happy with the service I received on 4/2/2018. The quality of work on my car was terrible. I had to take my car to another company to fix the mistake they did on my starter and alternator
Pughs on Memorial Dr. in Greenville is the worst place to even let touch your car! I took my beautiful Cadillac (caddy jo) with only 50,000 on it in for a simple oil change a little over a month ago. Last night I got a nice little check engine light and low engine power message. Today I took it to the Cadillac dealership and diagnostics said the vehicle had too much oil in it. 2 extra quarts to be exact. Costed me $430.00 to fix the issues Pughs created. Always great service and friendly staff. Great prices on tires too!
As a female college student I am hesitant to bring my car into an auto center as I am often spoken down to, disrespected and financially taken advantage of. Not once did I feel any of this at Pugh's. The staff was knowledgable and respectful; they spoke to me directly and answered my questions in a kind, professional manner. At other service centers I will be asked if my father is coming or if he has any questions, but all of the staff members here spoke to me directly and respectfully. They're liars they said i needed new belt it was cracked. No i wasn't. They said i need a water pump because i had metal in my radiator. No i don't. Also, i paid $68 for a oil change none of my fluids were not topped off. Never going to this place again. They are money hungry and doesn't look out for the customer. Always get a second opinion before getting service work done!!!
