Took my car to the one on memorial dr. $710 for break work but take it to the Nissan place and what they told me it need I didn’t. Why do women get played. It’s sad saved almost $500 dollars. A bad experience for me but oh well. U live and u learn
Just got 4 new tires and an oil change and could not be more pleased with the service at Pugh's. I first went to another tire store "discount tires" and they were very rude and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. A friend recommended Pugh's and I am so happy with my service there. As a woman I would recommend this place to other women that do not want to be taken advantage of.

Actually fix the cars you are servicing and stop lying and messing up people cars with your bootleg work. You all need to actually learn how to fix cars and if you cant say that instead of taking people money. Period. I wouldnt referr nobody to you yall again.
this place is the worst. they told me what was supposedly be wrong with my car and took my money and my check engine light still on. they stuck and I wouldnt take my bike to them. they avoid talking to you by saying Derrick is the person to talk to. I dont know why people go there because they not fixing no cars
I have to praise this company. After a horrible experience with a new set of tires from another business in town, whom I will not name, I went to Pughs on Memorial Drive and paid for a 2nd new set of tires, also purchased the extra warranty with the roadside assistance. That was in July. So today at 345pm, I walk outside and one of my tires is flat, I mean sitting on the rim. I called the store on Memorial Drive and they jumped on it.
