I want to say THANK YOU to Harrison who works at Pugh's. My tired blew pulling into Walmart where he was getting gas. He immediately flagged me into the gas pump area where he quickly began to work on my tire. He did everything he could. He was so polite, professional and quick in helping me do everything he could. Please make sure Harrison gets the proper recognition he deserves. Thank you again!!!
Can't say enough great things about the folks at Pugh's on Memorial! I've used them for a few years for my Jeep and always had great service but my Jeep died while I was driving Monday. Daniel and Hunter came to the rescue (literally) and even handled getting my Jeep towed. They got it fixed and went above and beyond to help me out. It was greatly appreciated!
I always go to the Greenville Blvd store and the staff are friendly and helpful. Wait times are minimal and service is performed well.
The pughs i went to(williamston) gave me the worst experience ive ever had at a mechanic. Went in for battery and inspection. Was told needed starter. Was told jeep b ready in 2hrs. Then it went to next day at 1030. Arrived at 330 jeep was not ready and they hadnt done inspection. I will recommend no one take vehicle to pughs for any service
I had calipher, brake and check engine light issues with my car. The staff was overly respectful, courteous and well concerned about the problems I was having. They kept my car until everything was taken care of and then some. Keep up the great work!
Charged me $380 for a alternator and serpentine belt, got a mile down the road and belt came off, then charged me another $90 to fix their screw up. AWFUL SERVICE
