Dr.Pugh and her nurses as well as her PAs have been wonderful to work with the past few years. Always willing to listen to me & my concerns & are great with my kids!
Dr.Pugh is the smartest pediatrician ever! Example my son needed his appendix removed. The Medical Center took his bloodwork and said it was normal. The next day she quickly called telling us to get to the hospital. His CRP level was 58.3! It should be 1-10 level! The emergency room again tried to refuse him a C.T. Scan. Which she was the one to order it. The medical center would not! She was right without even seeing him. After the hospital listened to her they gave him a C.T. Scan. Admitted him right then. She was rude with my son, Told him to get up and quit acting sick. He was 6yrs old at the time. He tested positive for strep two times and she gave him medicine that he was allergic to, not once but twice. She has us coming back every 2 days For 2 weeks to keep a check on his lymph nodes. I was paying my co-pays and they were running my insurance not even telling me that my insurance did not cover this doctor.
