Tooth extraction run around! Patients are not a priority when scheduling. The anesthesiologist didn’t want to come to the marysville office for one patient even though we booked and had our daughter get her physical done ready for the appointment. Trying to book us out to the Monroe office. We were told the next appt. for marysville is not until December and we weren’t important enough to take care of so they just pushed us out on the schedule.
So.... I’m very picky when it comes to health care for my kids. I’m also stubborn and set in my holistic parenting ideals. I felt completely respected and heard and valued by Dr. Lugo on all fronts. My kids loved him- even my 2 year old who was showing off her dance moves and smiling at him after her exam. Said 2yo has been ok at any care provider exactly zero times. I love dentist office! Everyone is wonderful. Walking in the reception lady's smiles make it so welcoming. The way they treat my kids has been amazing but also seeing how they all work together makes me happy. Dr Kramer spends time talking to all the adults and is so caring with the kids. All the dentist assistants have been great. It's a fast paced office and everything runs smoothly. I would recommend this office for sure!

My kids have always had fear/anxiety about going to the dentist. Thankfully this office has been nothing short of amazing! All of the girls (however my 3 kids still fight over getting Lauren) are so caring, professional, enthusiastic and great with even my difficult son. We see Dr. Sadler, he always does an awesome job. Would definitely recommend.
