What a great dental office! Super easy to schedule; friendly and professional staff; really great with the kiddos. I brought in my 2yo and 4yo at the same time and they did a great job keeping them engaged and entertained the whole time. The little toy room was perfect to entertain while we waited in waiting room (which was only like 10 mins tops), and they had TVs with headphone for the kids to watch why their teeth were cleaned. Tooth extraction run around! Patients are not a priority when scheduling. The anesthesiologist didn’t want to come to the marysville office for one patient even though we booked and had our daughter get her physical done ready for the appointment. Trying to book us out to the Monroe office. We were told the next appt. for marysville is not until December and we weren’t important enough to take care of so they just pushed us out on the schedule.
So.... I’m very picky when it comes to health care for my kids. I’m also stubborn and set in my holistic parenting ideals. I felt completely respected and heard and valued by Dr. Lugo on all fronts. My kids loved him- even my 2 year old who was showing off her dance moves and smiling at him after her exam. Said 2yo has been ok at any care provider exactly zero times. I love dentist office! Everyone is wonderful. Walking in the reception lady's smiles make it so welcoming. The way they treat my kids has been amazing but also seeing how they all work together makes me happy. Dr Kramer spends time talking to all the adults and is so caring with the kids. All the dentist assistants have been great. It's a fast paced office and everything runs smoothly. I would recommend this office for sure!
We love it here!! Our daughter was very hesitant our first few visits and everyone there was great! She is now a pro and it's all because of the patience they had with her!
Absolutely love this place! My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! They are all so kind and caring! Definitely highly recommend!
