We have only seen three of the four provider there, but all three that we have had the opportunity to meet have been wonderful with our six children. They are kind and patient with my littlest of kids, playful and animated for our toddlers and young children, and friendly and not patronizing with my pre-teen and teens. All of my children, despite the large difference in age between the oldest and the youngest, all feel at home and easy-going at this practice. Everyone is super friendly. Wish there were more toys for kids to play with.
The staff is great and always provide a personal experience. Dr. Lugo is exceptional! We wouldn't go anywhere else!
My kids look forward to coming to the dentist. Staff is friendly, my kids enjoy watching a movie during cleaning and picking out a prize at the end. I am able to schedule all 4 of my kids at once.

Dr. Lugo and his assistants are wonderfully kind and gentle with our children! They LOVE coming in for their regular cleanings, and they work hard at brushing to hear him say that they're doing a good job.
Dr Lugo came to our rescue years ago when my daughters teeth were in trouble and she was terrified of dentists. Today she's the ripe old age of 12 and looks forward to her visits - so much so that we continue to drive from Gig Harbor to Lake Stevens (2 hrs each way with traffic). The entire staff is fabulous!!!
My kids were traumatized from a previous dental experience. It was a miracle I was able to get them into another appointment. They were terrified. The staff at Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry went way above and beyond to help make their experience a good one. The staff and Dr. exhibited a tremendous amount of patience and compassion with my children. All three kids came out of their appointments rating their experience a 10 out of 10.
