We couldn't be more satisfied with Puget Sound Pediatric Dentistry! They are so good with our two and four year old. They are so patient and compassionate. They do such a great job of making the kids feel safe and comfortable. Our four year old thinks watching cartoons in the dentist chair is pretty cool!
I have been continually impressed with the staff at PSPD. They are awesome at reminding about appointments (using multiple avenues of communication is really helpful!), easy to schedule with, and exceptionally kind to my son and my family in every interaction. While children's' dental appointments have the potential to be a negative experience, I look forward to the positive atmosphere at PSPD. You don't come across businesses like this everyday, I am so thankful we have chosen PSPD as our children's dentistry provider!

We have always had a great experience with PSPD. Our only complaint was when my son was too old to get an appointment. I wish I could go to this dentist!!
Choosing Dr. Lugo as my kids' dentist was the best decision I could have made as a parent! His personality and training along with his staff have made my life easier because I don't have to fight with my kids about going to the dentist.
Dr. Lugo and his staff are so amazing that my kids actually get excited when I tell them that they have to go to the dentist!
I like the ceiling mounted tvs with kids' movies and the open floor plan so I can be with both kids while they get their teeth cleaned. They are very efficient and fast, my only complaint is that for my youngest who is very shy and gets easily overwhelmed it was too much too fast. We ended up having to hold her arms down and forcefully clean her teeth which did not feel right to me.
I truly appreciate the staff/caregivers that care for my children! I started off at a different dentist office and it was not a good experience for my older children. Then I found Dr. Lugo. Best decision of my life when it comes to dental health for my children!! The clinical staff are also amazing. So kind and patient with my children. As a parent I used to stress taking taking just one of them to the dentist. Now, I can take all 4 at once and it is always a FUN time for all :) THANK YOU!!!
They always get us back quick, everyone is so friendly and easy going. My kids absolutely love going to the dentist!
