The parking is a 10 minute walk away to a structure and the whole walk is poorly lit at night. The floor/ceiling is SUPER thin, so you’ll always know where your above neighbors are in their apartment.
This is how Puerta del Sol welcomes new residents. Filthy and disgusting units that haven’t been clean in a very long time.
Puerta was amazing. The rooms aren't huge, but the living rooms are decently sized, and the bathrooms have so much space you could have a party in them. The events were a lot of fun and the rent was the cheapest of all the ACCs. The parking is pretty far, and college students are thoughtless at times, so the fire alarm goes off once or twice a year at about 2am or whatever ungodly hour, but it's not too often, they have elevators, and the staff is very nice. Looking to take over a lease either studio or efficiency from 1august 2017 to 1august 2018. Please message if theres availability.
Unreliable internet. DON'T forget your car in the 20 mins parking, you will get tickets and don't expect you could successfully appeal. Ironically, you can't find a space when you really need to park, maybe the others are smart enough to figure out when the staff will come to check the parking.
It's a great location, since every bus stops on either side of the street and Albertsons is right across the street. You can use all of the ACC amenities and tons of events put on by staff. Free parking (though not ideal if you work off campus since it's a walk) and reasonable prices considering the location. The facility is in good shape and you can walk to the middle of campus in about 15 minutes easily. Renewed my lease for the convenience!
Convenient because close to shopping and campus and police station and gym. Also relatively inexpensive compared to the rest of the on campus housing. FREE PARKING :D
Puerta del sol is a very loving community. The working staff are very welcoming and helpful. You feel right at home.
The charged me 8 cents! I had to get a money order for 8 cents. Them processing the fee cost them more than they got out of it. My money order was 85 cents just FYI.
