RecommendedThe deli line got a little long this evening, and quite a few of us had restless little ones while waiting. Jonathan made it a point to bring every child in the line a balloon, and it allowed me to get through the line as well as the rest of our shopping trip. A good place to shop, helpful staff. For the first time today I was disappointed, young bald guy who I assume was a manager waited on me and then asked if there would be anything else, I said yes if I can get it. Told him what I wanted, he left me and went to another register to wait on other customers. If he had said no I would have left, done my shopping and come back. which is what I did. I felt he was rude. As a rule this store is a great place to shop, always clean.
I was impressed with the cold deli section. I ordered 2 wraps and 4 subs and the gentleman who waited on me was patient and polite. Even though there was a very long line (power outage) his courtesy was on spot. I didn't get his name but I won't forget his smile and service���!

First Publix since I moved to Florida to upset, it doesn't make sense to me how every Publix Tallahassee does Western Union with a security question and this location use to but chose not to any more which is fine but the team member that assisted me was extremely rude in explaining this to me. I will say this is my first complaint about a Publix since I moved here 3 years ago.
I'm in Tallahassee for a visit after not having been here since I retired almost a decade ago. When I lived here, Publix was always the place to shop that was a cut above the competition. A place where management and employees alike were attentive, caring, and promptly took care of any concerns for you so you could relax and enjoy your shopping experience. Each day I hate Publix a little bit more. Oh I love the service but it is the small things like finding powered cellulose in not one but all Publix cheese brands. I really cut back on cheese but when I do I do not want powered cellulose in my parmesan, thank you very much. Not to mention they support Pelham and give huge amounts of money to his campaign, or that the Heiress of Publix herself has donated tons on money to stop medical cannabis. Go figure.
