Ordered online at Lake Ella(because whenever I try to get the tofu sub they either don't have ingredients of have to go find them at Ocala) and talked to sub tech on the phone. Changed bread because they were out which happens but still didn't get rest of order right. I'll probably try again. Idk.
It’s not uncommon to go in there in the evening and not find any rotisserie chickens to grab and go home with. Why? Why are they still cooking and won’t be ready for an hour? Craving a salad chocked full of lettuce, quinoa, beets, cheeses, nuts, raisins the other night. Got there at 7pm, 3/4 of the salad bar was removed/ put away. Why? Look at your customer traffic times and patterns at the Deli area, cater to us. Lucky’s is also on my way home but I have shopped and supported Publix for 61 years. Thank you, Lisa

No. Paid for an online order to be picked up at 8:05pm. Get to store (with two kids) at 7:30pm shop and around 8:10 I go to pick up subs. But they aren’t ready. Asked a really nice guy who found out they weren’t ready and we would have to wait another 10-15min. With two kids who were hungry and tired, no way I was waiting any longer. I went to customer service who gave me a refund and apologized. Not a great experience today.
Love it! I was hoping you all would hire local artist @kollet for her famous murals and allow her to paint the backside of your building. It faces a middle and elementary school and motorist sit and stare at that blank plain cinderblock wall.
If you are gonna get a publix sub do not use the online ordering, brave the line and go in. We ordered online for pickup at 3pm, I arrived about 5 mins prior and the subs were ready and waiting the problem arises when I get home and open my sandwich to find it's missing toppings and hardly has any mustard or lettuce on the sub, to top things off it was soggy. I looked at the ticket on the sub and we ordered online at 10am but the ticket was printed at 1:30 does that mean they made the sandwich an hour and a half before the 3... read more
Best for Sandwiches and people is watching.
RecommendedPublix is always awesome. But this location is my favorite in Tallahassee. I like the seating area off the deli with the express lane next to it. It's like a restaurant in the store where I can get a Pub Sub or some of the famous fried chicken and chow down. Never shop hungry again!
