Rude management and bad tag information and tried to make my daughter look like she was losing it when she followed the instructions from the store manager, TWICE this lady has given out bad information
This location allows people to enter and shop without masks, despite the local ordinance requiring them in public places. I saw several people without them, all the way through check out. Plenty of missed opportunities for management to request compliance. If you are concerned for your health or that of compromised family members at home, consider avoiding this location for the time being in favor of an establishment that shares your concerns.
What's the point of security guards and a decent police presence if you're going to ignore public mandates and let people in your store without masks anyway? And purposely walk the wrong direction down the aisles? Incredibly frustrating and dangerous.
I have shopped at the Publix Super Market at Lake Ella Plaza for more than a deciade. It is conveniently located, the store is clean and well-appointed, and the staff are typically courteous and helpful. We have a mandatory mask requirement in Leon County, and shoppers are not being required to wear a mask in this store. With the Covid-19 cases skyrocketing, I would think management could do a better job! Let’s take care of our Leon County Citizens. What do you think Publix?
