Charlotte at the north market street location cost me an extra 160 dollars on my procedural prep medication because I was fully prepared to pay my 80 dollar copay she admitted that because she failed to mention that by attempting to apply a discount manufacturers code it would cost me my 80 dollar copay and I couldn’t get it back. So now here I am the weekend with a procedure on Monday that requires this medication and I am out of pocket 160 dollars due to her own admission of fault. This pharmacy is the worst I don't use them but my husband does and I have to pick up his medicine they are rude
Any 1-star review here is due to the doctors’ negligence … The staff here consistently goes above and beyond - particularly Melissa. From calling my doctors, to ensuring I have the best medication price, to giving me counsel, and having my meds prepared for me as needed, the pharmacy has the best customer service of any non-independently owned pharmacy I have dealt with in any state I’ve lived in. I’m very thankful to find a pharmacy so close to home that cares about me as a person and not just a number.
