Professional and accurate prescriptions.
Just had the pharmacist argue with me to prove I was wrong, in a smug, condescending manner. I was already told I had to wait, for them to fill it. he just didnt want me to wait in front of him I guess. He actually did some sigging in the computer to prove me wrong. It was just pompous and unnecessary tone deaf on his part. I dont recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Prior to this the staff has never had it ready in a reasonable amount of time, always excuses. We have always had great service here
I was in a panic as the insurance company did something wrong and refused to pay for my daughter’s pain meds after serious knee surgery and could not fix it until the next day. My daughter was in severe pain as her nerve blocker did not work after the surgery. The pharmacist was so kind and scrambled to see how she could get it at a reasonable price as I had decided no matter what the cost I would pay for it out of pocket.
