I had changed my prescription this pharmacy I had a script that was called in 2beeeks ago it's due to be filled the 23rd I went to ask to fill they said we don't have it in stock have to order it be next month when they get it so now ive got to switch everything back to cvs because they only get certain amount of narcotics u had the script for 2 weeks I even let y'all no 2 weeks ago w
Was thinking of switching my meds to this pharmacy. Nope. Pharmacist continued to talk over me the entire call. Rude. Did not seem like she was from here, abrupt and when i asked her not to talk over me she continued and was fake "nice" before hanging up.
I had an issue with refilling my prescription (my fault) and I called the pharmacy 30 mins before closing the other day. The lady on the phone was so kind and understanding. Everything worked out great and I was able to go in the next morning to pick up my script. I appreciated it!!
Awful customer service. Awful communication. Libby a tech and Ken the pharmacist very rude directly to me. No compassion to someone with severe insomnia. Called 5x in one day shift to confirm my script ready. Once script received, waited until I was there for pick up to tell me to comeback the next day! Tried transferring my script to another pharmacy and they (Mission Trace Pharmacy) made it almost IMPOSSIBLE to happen. Three stars because there's a woman who works here who is very sweet and helpful. I will update with her name if I run into her again. You lost 2 stars because your pharmacist Chris is very cold and doesn't seem very knowledgeable. I told him the dosage of my wife's pain medicine (she has arthritis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) to learn how it might interact with an OTC cold medicine and he said "that dosage makes absolutely no sense to me" then proceeded to be very short/try to ignore me when I came to ask another question.
