I really like this Publix, but I am constantly disappointed with the pharmacy at Pembroke Commons. On August 9, I went to pick up my daughter’s prescription after her doctor’s appointment for an ear infection. They told me to wait 20–30 minutes, but when I returned, the medication still wasn’t ready. When they finally tried to run the insurance, it wasn’t going through. Ok well. They are as good as a pharmacy can get. Just don't go there thinking your going to fill prescriptions even one day early.
Basically, nobody answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold forever .This is not the friendliest publix pharmacy by any means. This is night and day with the old Publix Pharmacy I use to go to.
Terrible service every time you call with an emergency, even to check the availability of a medicine, they leave you on hold for long minutes. You come back and call and they do the same thing again, they don't answer the phone, what do they have it for?! It is known that they may be busy, but they are not so busy, not even every day as not to answer a call.
