Exelente atencion, muy rapido y amables el personal que atiende el publico.
Impossible to get on the phone and they have no messaging system at all. It takes 2-3 trips every month to get my prescription. Who has time for that?
Just want to leave a good review here and thank the two gentlemen that assisted me today in the morning. I really needed my prescription and they gave me a great, speedy and professional service for my pickup. Really appreciate it.
It’s worth every dollar spent, quality,service,parking.,every staff member behaves like just got promoted. Management always busy with sleeves rolled up work on the floor making sure everyone it’s on point. Publix where shopping it’s more than a pleasure.
They automatically put you on hold, and don't answer after 15 minutes. Okay, but your prescription is here and no other Publix will transfer it to their pharmacy because they're all busy it's just an awful organization. I mean, when Bill O'Reilly identifies you as one of the four biggest rip-off grocery store chains in the nation, you know to stay away.
