I use the pharmacy at Oakridge on a regular basis. I have my Doctor send in new prescriptions and I phone in refills before I go. I pick them up while I shop, saving me an extra stop. I have found everyone to be friendly and helpful but Betty is my favorite. She is always nice and patient and has helped me select over the counter drugs that will not cause issues with the prescription drugs I am taking. She has also explained possible side effects of new drugs.
Very inefficient and chronically short staffed. Staff friendliness is likely below Publix standards.
This pharmacy is the worst. I only go here because they are the only one who carries my prescription. They never have my scripts ready for me. There's always 5 people there working but only 1 person slowly helping customers. I hate it. If I could never use this pharmacy again I would.
I get the feeling at this Pharmacy location that the Pharmacy is an after thought. It is convenient to where I live so thought I would give it a try. When they didn't have a product that was prescribed for me they said that it hadn't come in on their order, but might come in tomorrow. There was never a mention of calling another location to help get it for me, as Walgreens and CVS would do. I will give them another chance, but so far I'm not impressed.
