A lady from the Publix pharmacy at Moultrie in St Augustine Florida was so rude when she called to speak to my mother about a prescription. I answered the phone and my elderly mom wasn’t available to speak to her. So I took a message with her explaining that they couldn’t get ahold of the doctor about her refill. Mind you she called me the morning hurricane Milton was exiting our town (Thursday). I told her that we had a hurricane that was coming through and the offices have been closed for prep and for the day of the storm.... read more
