I was in shock when went to pick it up a Rx and the technician throw the prescription on me over the counter. Every answer I did have in regards a prescription she was not able to tell me and very rude don’t even look at my face seems very angry. But also looking at the reviews at this location I’ve noticed seems that’s the attitude at this pharmacy store. Ashamed. I report the incident with the Pharmacy manager next morning however is very sad those type of incidents happened at Publix .
Something horrible has happened to the Lake Miriam Publix Pharmacy. Customer service is non existent. They don’t fill scripts that are past refill date, they don’t call and simply don’t fill it. They Sent the wrong mask with an inhaler. They don’t carry many scripts. I’m sitting here , while there are 6 employees here. The manager and ??? Some guy have been chatting for a half hour while I wait. Now 3 of them chatting. Not working. They haven’t offered to help the cashier . This is not how it used to be.
