I came in as a new customer to the pharmacy because the CVS next door is horrible, a girl helped me get my insurance straightened out it was all jacked up and she was so nice and understanding when I was getting frustrated by the whole thing, she was great and seemed like she actually cared I believe her name was Tori and she needs a raise for her customer service
The Publix Pharmacy has a great staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly
Came in on a Sunday to pick up my prescriptions because my doctor's appointment was on a Saturday. Three people back there and none of them knew how to process a workmans comp prescription card. I had all the claim and bin numbers and after 30 minutes of wasting my time told me they couldn't process it because they were trying to close and go home. So instead of going to work tomorrow in pain, i had to pay out of pocket. Please train your crew how to do workmans comp claims.
