Jake is the ONLY staff member to make my sister and I feel like we are a valued customer. He is also the only one who actually does his job. If you have questions or need anything communicated to the dr office he's also the only one that will help you navigate the nightmare of insurance. And unfortunately he has not been there lately. My sister calls the one set of staff members the romparoom crew.

We moved here from Georgia last August and had our prescriptions transferred here as we have always loved the high quality customer service of Publix. However, that was not the experience I had at this location. Living in a different state I’ve learned comes with different laws.
