I’ve been storing stuff since November and when i moved in there was no lock on the latch of my unit. They added one and i never received the key now it’s time to move and i’ve been calling for a week trying to access my unit. Ive left dozens of voicemails and have received no communication and the customer service number is very unhelpful. I recommend renting elsewhere where you can get ahold of someone.
