Deana, is an exceptionally talented site manager . She is very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to answering questions and showing her rental units to you. I would highly recommend this location solely based on the cleanliness of this locations and more importantly because of how professional Deana is with customer service issues. I’am very happy I chose this location to rent from. James
It's clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Deana always goes out of her way to talk with me. I'm a repeat customer and I'll keep coming back for the great service
When I first signed up, I didn't realize my cost-per-month could change depending on demand and such, and was surprised when it increased, but Deana was super friendly in explaining it to me and helping me figure out some alternative options. All my other staff interactions have been wonderful as well, and I've never had any issues with keeping my items here for almost a year now. Thank you so much Deana!!
