in 2014 I rented 2 units at 99.00 per. they do 2 to 3 increases annually and they do not tell you this when you begin. you get a post card shockingly in the mail after 3monts with your first increase. I now pay 180.00 and am on a fixed income and they dont care! they dont care about long term clientele! anyone can walk in and rent my size unit 15x20 for 96.50 but yet they increased me and other people that are already there to 179.00!
