Angel, the onsite manager, was above and beyond friendly knowledgeable and helpful!
Angel was, indeed, an angel! She assisted with finding the perfect unit for our needs. The process was extremely easy. Angel walked us through the building to show us the locations of the elevators and the unit. Thank you, Angel!!
Kelly the property manager is unprofessional and rude. I spoke with her yesterday after calling and going to the property Thursday to Sunday. Kelly called me a liar and talked over me the entire phone call. What am I lying about if the conversation is recorded? Kelly don’t sound like she likes her job. You work in customer service your job is to diffuse misunderstanding not cause mayhem and chaos. Angel was very professional and knowledgeable and she did a great job and if I could give raises she would get one and explain things very well.
I had an amazing experience today with Ms . Angel... She definitely knows what she is doing. She was so helpful and understanding of my situation!!! Thank you !!!!
