This facility is a training site for Public Storage. Jason coaches the new members, for three weeks, and then the new members will be assigned to other facilities. Their customer service is superb by answering all my questions and concerns in a very friendly manner. Tina helped me with locking my unit since I had problems with my locks. The grounds are trash free and surprisingly the staff patrols the facility to insure that everything is secured.
