This place is a total rip off! Cut our lock AFTER we paid our bill up and then told us if we wanted to get into our storage unit we needed to pay them $20 for a new lock! We live in Indianapolis and every month I go to pay down to pay the bill, its been a different amount. They said it was because of a late fee but how is a late fee $10 one month and $30 the next when we were only 10 days late both of those months? and we came today to move out and they wouldnt let us until we bought an new lock.
