My problem is with corporate. They do NOT fix anything! I've been waiting for the light to be fixed in my unit. I told them before I moved into it that the light didn't work. Yes, I've tried different bulbs, none of them fixed it. They said something about having me move to a different unit, but never approved it. Corporate came down with a ladder and a light bulb..... Like I don't know how to change a light bulb. I even voiced my thoughts and was laughed at. 4 months later, still no working light!!! But they want to charge ... read more
Clean facilty and secure
I will never go to any other place in town again! Very clean & friendly. No issues at all with pest or vermin like other places around town. Highly recommended!
