I had a great experience at Public Storage and wanted to thank Julie for the excellent customer service. I was having a little trouble getting my gate code sorted out for quick entry, and she stepped in right away to help. Julie was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was set up properly so getting in and out of the facility is now fast and hassle-free. Troy helped me get set up with the unit, and the app. Taught me how to use the gate and was very patient showing me my rental space. It was a fantastic experience with a very kind and knowledgeable employee!
Employee: Troy was very helpful he shoveled the snow in front of my unit for me. I even offered to do it and he did it all by himself. Very helpful
My problem is with corporate. They do NOT fix anything! I've been waiting for the light to be fixed in my unit. I told them before I moved into it that the light didn't work. Yes, I've tried different bulbs, none of them fixed it. They said something about having me move to a different unit, but never approved it. Corporate came down with a ladder and a light bulb..... Like I don't know how to change a light bulb. I even voiced my thoughts and was laughed at. 4 months later, still no working light!!! But they want to charge ... read more
