No bathroom dirty floors mean manager on site and no customer service
Made a reservation for a 10x30 for july 5th. Went to move on and the storage unit was not tall enough (height not listed on website), when I called in to cancel my contract, I was given the run around of trying a different unit or outside parking which neither would work. I cancelled my contract and there is a $30 admin fee that is" non refundable". I have used public storage before and usually is a good experience. This one, not so much. Paid $30 to find out the unit was too short
