I do not recommend Dr. Clow. This Dr. will neglect any urgent matter' and book you for a far appt or ask you to go to a walk in clinic' which we all know they don't exist anymore after covid. I will look for another Dr. since this one focuses on yearly bookings' (will book you only if he haven't seen you in a year to fill his service) and not on your health situation and urgency. Doctors these days are money making machines and not compassionate humans. So disapointed.
Dr. Samantha dladla is a good doctor, but the Clinic Manager is an absolute nightmare and a danger to patient care. When the clinic made an error on my bloodwork form, the Manager refused to fix it, tried to provoke an argument, and hung up the phone, actively preventing me from getting my necessary medical tests. Avoid dealing with the front office management at all costs, they will weaponize 'zero tolerance' policies just to avoid doing their basic jobs.
I’ve had consistently positive experiences with the doctor and nursing staff , they are kind, professional, and very supportive. Unfortunately, my visits are often affected by the experience at the front desk. The reception staff I’ve encountered have repeatedly come across as unfriendly and dismissive, which makes the overall visit uncomfortable. Dr. Creene is the best family doctor. He is so thorough and really cares about his patients’ wellbeing. I could not recommend him more!
