Great energy and awesome instructors! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Awesome vibes and energy! Great full body workout-- cardio obviously but also some upper body during the 60 cycle class.
I drove all the way from Sandusky to take this class with Leigh Roth. She is an AMAZING instructor. I not only say that as her friend from high school, but as well as a fitness instructor myself. She's very motivating and she does it with flair. I just LOVED it and it was well worth the trip. We need a place like PSYCLE in Sandusky!!! Will be back!!
